We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our vibrant and high performing Human Resources team.

About the role:

As a Senior Recruitment Officer, you’ll help us achieve our aims by supporting our HR department. This role will play an integral part in building the future of the organisation by supporting the Talent and On-boarding of new employees, developing a strong employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience is provided.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, this is essential. You will maintain and execute a clear Recruitment strategy.  Key objective will be to recruit large numbers of Support Workers for LDN London as well as assisting with mid-level and senior roles.  You will also manage our PSL and work closely with our registered agencies.

In addition, the post holder will need a strong team player with a positive, resilient attitude, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible and adaptable. 

The ideal candidate will have:   

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced recruitment setting and excellent interviewing skills
  • Extremely organised and able to manage own workload
  • Passionate about being a part of positive change to the lives of people with Learning Disabilities
  • Experience in working on targeted recruitment drives/projects
  • Have a create flair in writing job adverts
  • Experience in managing strong working relationships with recruitment agencies, including candidate pipelines
