We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic Outreach Support Workers, who are passionate about caring.
KCA is a charity with over 15 years of experience supporting children with learning disabilities in Harrow.
About the role:
As an outreach support worker you will work as part of a team enabling children with learning disabilities and complex needs to enjoy mainstream activities in the community or in the family home or at our centre.
You will provide care to children and young adults within the age range of 5 to 25 years on 1:1 or group basis to develop their skills and enable them to reach their potential.

We are currently looking for Children’s Outreach Support Workers who:
All applicants must have a good understanding of how to work with families. You will have the ability to work to set deadlines, working in a busy and multi-facet department. Also have good organisational and time management skills.
