This new service supports young people age 14-17 and 18+ living in South Camden. We provide 1:1 support in your own home and out and about in the community.

At LDN 4U Camden, we provide safe, high-quality, person-centred support for young people and adults with learning disabilities.

We understand that choosing the right support is important for families. Our experienced team is committed to providing consistent, reliable care that promotes independence, confidence and wellbeing.

We support individuals in their own homes and in the community, helping them build skills, independence and meaningful connections.

We provide support 7 days a week, with flexible arrangements designed around individual needs.

Our team works closely with families and professionals to ensure continuity, stability and a seamless pathway into adult services.

  • Adults aged 18+
  • Individuals living in South Camden

How to make a referral

Referrals are made through the Camden Social Work Team.

Social workers can refer directly to LDN 4U Camden as part of transition planning or adult care support packages.
