London Living at home

Our LDN@home accommodation services enables you to live in the heart of London and to receive the right level of support to enjoy your home and your community.

Shared and Independent Housing

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to support the delivery of personal care through our domiciliary care registration in your own home and accommodation for people who require personal care.

Our housing services provide comfortable, safe and homely surroundings, within supportive environments that encourages you to learn social, physical and daily living skills. We foster individual development and independence both at home and in the community with a variety of options from 24 hour support to a few hours per week based on individual needs and personalised packages of support.

We provide shared and independent living accommodation in Westminster, Camden, Islington and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

We work in a person centred way, developing person centred support plans, personal budgets, and flexible packages of support, which can also mean the use of personalised technology to help you to live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive, and homely environment.
