Support When You Need It Most

We provide information, guidance, and practical support to parents and carers of children aged 0–11 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with or without a formal diagnosis.

Whether you’re looking for advice, one-to-one sessions, group support, or training opportunities, our FREE Early Help Advice service is here to help at the earliest point of identified need.

Our goal is to support the whole family and help you feel more confident in understanding and responding to your child’s unique needs.

1:1 Parent Support Sessions

Supporting You to Support Your Child

Our one-to-one sessions offer personalised guidance for parents and carers of children up to the age of 11 years old. We help you better understand your child and feel more confident in everyday life.

Whether your child has a diagnosis, is awaiting assessment, or you’re simply concerned about their development, we are here for you.

We can help you with:

  • Understanding your child’s behaviours and communication
  • Making sense of a diagnosis and what it means for daily life
  • Supporting emotional regulation and managing behaviour
  • Creating positive routines and navigating transitions
  • Strengthening family relationships and reducing stress
  • Building confidence and creating a calmer home environment

We use a person-centred, evidence-informed approach that focuses on small, achievable changes that can make a big difference over time.

Parent Support Group: Positive Parenting & Family Routines

8-Week Programme Starting September 2025

A small, supportive group for parents of children up to 11 years old, focused on understanding behaviour and strengthening parenting strategies.

Over 8 weekly sessions, we’ll explore:

  • Understanding your child’s behaviour
  • Practical tools to support emotional regulation
  • Strategies for positive, connected parenting
  • A safe space to share experiences and gain support

This group will be closed (same parents each week) to build trust, connection, and ongoing support. Groups run in 8-week blocks during term time.

EarlyBird Parent Training

Free course for parents of autistic children aged 0–6

The EarlyBird course, developed by the National Autistic Society (NAS), is a six week course designed to support parents after their child receives an autism diagnosis. You’ll learn how to understand your child’s needs and apply practical strategies in daily life.

Topics include:

  • Understanding how autism affects communication
  • Building interaction and connection
  • Using structure and routines effectively
  • Supporting your child in different settings
  • Reducing stress and boosting family confidence

Available for families in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea with a child (0–6) who has an autism diagnosis.
