Three runners completed the London Royal Parks Half Marathon 2022 for LDN London, raising more than £3000 for our Community Hub.

On a sunny October 9th morning Carlos, Martin and Sarah ran the 21km race through some of London’s most famous parks.

They’ve so far raised an incredible £3084.

The route began at Hyde Park and the runners also passed through St James’s Park, Green Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as historic landmarks including Wellington Arch and Buckingham Palace.

Members of the LDN team cheered them on and there was a fantastic, supportive atmosphere throughout the race.

Congratulations to the runners and, most of all, thank you for supporting our charity!

If you would like to, you can still donate to Carlos, Martin or Sarah via their Just Giving pages:

The money raised will go to our Community Hub Project in Westminster.

The Hub is a space for people with learning disabilities who receive no or little Government support. At the Hub people can learn skills which last a lifetime, build relationships, and receive advice in a supportive and friendly space.

With your support, we can create a better world for people with learning disabilities.
