Who we are:

LDN London is an award-winning charity with nearly 60 years’ experience of supporting people with learning disabilities to stay healthy, be safe and live well.  We are at an exciting phase in our development, having just changed our name to reflect the work we do across London.

We currently have a number of vacancies in the Westminster, Camden and Islington areas.  We are looking to recruit experienced Team Managers to run these services.

About the role:

We are looking for several Assistant Team Managers who have excellent organisational and communication skills, someone who can lead and deliver a high standard of service.

Applicants will need to have experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism or PMLD (profound & multiple disabilities).

You will be collaborating with the Team Manager to ensure effective management and coordination of a high quality, person led service, you will also be responsible for managing the shift rotas.

You will be at the fore front of our services and need to promote LDN London’s core values, with a passion for supporting and caring, as well as the drive and energy to raise standards of support and service delivery.

All applicants should be computer literate and have, or are working towards, RMA/LMC, Health and Social Care NVQ4/ QCF 5 or equivalent.

Candidates must be willing to work alternate weekends and shifts alongside their team.
