We hosted our first Recruitment Open Day on 24th January 2018. We opened our doors to people interested in a career supporting people with learning disabilities from and saw hundreds of people. Our aim was to inform successful candidates a job offer within 24 hours.
Mandy Crowford, Director of Adult Services said ‘The open day was an opportunity for us to involve the people we support and our outstanding support workers and managers in chosing people to join their teams. We met lots of people who wanted to know more about the work we do and the career opportunities available at The Westminster Society.’
We hope to hold another Recruitment Open Day in the near future.
