More than ever this Christmas and throughout the year we have received phenomenal support from many local businesses.

Staff from the 4C Hotel Group first helped us out in the summer when they provided support at the LDN Festival. For Christmas they very generously decided to hold a ‘present drop’ and collected lots of gifts for the children who attend our services. Our very own Father Christmas then visited Tresham Play Centre and Rainbow Family Centre and handed them out to the delighted children.

Paddington Partnership Community Programme Manager Emily Parkes linked us up with staff from several of Paddington Basin’s businesses, Visa, JC Decaux and Marks and Spencer with great success.

A team of volunteers from Visa gave LDN Connect a much needed deep clean before the start of the Christmas festivities.

JC Decaux donated two huge Christmas trees, one made its way to the Rainbow Family Centre the other to Kingsbridge Road

Marks and Spencer brought Christmas to our Learning Disability Network by providing a Christmas tree for the courtyard. They then hosted two Christmas parties, one at LDN Connect and one at LDN Westminster Drop-In, complete with carol singing, dancing, presents and the finest Marks and Spencer mince pies and mulled wine.

Finally, Gus Designs, who are currently engaged in refurbishment work at the Rainbow Family Centre, heard that the children were putting on a Nativity Play and built a stable and manger for the set!

This year more than ever we have had incredible support from local companies, thank you again and best wishes for 2019.
