A huge thank you to Ambassador Theatre Group and Max Shuell, The Young Vic Theatre, Enrica Rocca Cooking School, The Winery, Real Drinks, Mini Picassos, Hampergifts.co.uk and Ignition Brewery. We are so grateful for the kind gifts and wouldn’t have a raffle without your support.
What we are fundraising for
By buying a ticket you will help us fundraise to reopen our community hub. We are aiming to raise at least £60,000 to refurbish and reopen our building on Harrow Road for people with learning disabilities over the next year.
The hub will be a space where people have the opportunity to develop personal and professional skills and make friends. We want to tackle the inequalities facing people with learning disabilities. Research by the Government and charities suggests that people with learning disabilities have the highest levels of social isolation. The pandemic only made this worse. There are also huge health inequalities facing people with learning disabilities. We want to address these issues and help fix them.
