LDN London is an award winning charity which has been providing services for people with learning disabilities and their families since 1962.
To celebrate our 60th year we are raising funds for our new LDN Community Hubs. Our aim is to have a hub in each of the boroughs of London we work in. The hubs will bring people together, tackle inequalities and create connections in the community. Helping people with learning disabilities to be happier, healthier and safer.
